It adopts the AAO micro aeration oxidation ditch process and adopts the BOT method to invest, construct, and operate four sewage treatment plant projects in Yangjiang, including Gaoxin, Yinling, Chengnan Phase I, and Chengbei Phase I, for 26 years, with a daily treatment capacity of 50000 tons.

The Yangjiang Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase I) project is located on Wangshan Fourth Road, Jinjiao Neighborhood Committee, Chengbei Street, Jiangcheng District, Yangjiang City. The total investment of the project is 24.1354 million yuan, and the treatment process adopts "A/A/O micro aeration oxidation ditch". The project covers an area of about 30047 square meters, with a designed total scale of 40000 tons/day. It is constructed in two phases: the first phase is 10000 tons/day, and the second phase is 30000 tons/day. The first phase of the project was officially put into operation on April 1, 2017, with an operating period of 25 years. The scope of the first phase of service is domestic sewage in Shangdong New City and surrounding areas.
