Yangjiang Dazhong Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 as a wholly-owned enterprise of the group, with a total investment of 30 million yuan and a registered capital of 9.6 million yuan. It has invested, constructed, and operated the Yangjiang Hailing Island Baipu Sewage Treatment Plant project through BOT for 28 years, with a daily treatment capacity of 10000 tons.

The Baipu Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase I) in Hailing Island Experimental Zone, Yangjiang City is located at the southern foot of Caowang Mountain in Shitang Village Committee, Zhapo Town, Yangjiang City. The treatment process adopts an improved A2/O oxidation ditch+ultraviolet disinfection. The project covers an area of 17764 square meters and has a total design scale of 50000 tons per day. It will be constructed in three phases: the first phase will be 10000 tons per day, the second phase will be 20000 tons per day, and the third phase will be 20000 tons per day. The first phase of the project was officially put into operation on January 1, 2018, with an operating period of 27 years. The scope of services for the first phase of the project is to collect domestic sewage from existing villages in the Yintan area and the sewage generated by new domestic tourism projects within the planned scope of the Ten Mile Yintan area in the future.
