The Yangjiang High tech Zone Lingang Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant Project Department was established in 2018, representing the group to operate the Yangjiang High tech Zone Lingang Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant in a government commissioned manner for 5 years, with a daily processing capacity of 10000 tons.

The Yangjiang High tech Zone Lingang Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase I) is located south of the planned industrial park in Yangjiang High tech Zone Lingang Industrial Park, adjacent to the east side of the Sanya River. The treatment process of this project is the A/A/O micro aeration oxidation ditch process. The planned land area of the project is about 4.2 hectares, with a total design scale of 50000 tons/day. It will be constructed in three phases: the first phase will be 10000 tons/day, and the entrusted management and operation will officially begin on December 1, 2020. The entrusted operation period is 5 years. The second phase is 20000 tons/day, and the third phase is 20000 tons/day. The scope of engineering services is mainly bounded by the planned Haigang Yiheng Road in the north, to the planned Haigang Siheng Road in the south, to the Hailing Bay Embankment in the west, and to the Sidun River in the east.
